產品差異
所有產品皆是流動製造所團隊手工製作而成，我們希望透過手工製作的過程保留泥土自然的質地，並呈現每件產品的獨特性，而以下是手工製程中可能出現的現象：造型的不規則性、窯燒產生的氣孔，原料中由鐵質引起的黑點，釉料流動而產生表面的突起，產品尺寸、形狀、色調的細微差異等。
付款方式
您可以透過綠界科技進行付款，不限國內外發卡行，支援VISA、MASTER、JCB、銀聯卡等發卡組織。交易全程將進行安全加密，未經授權的人將無法查看您的信用卡密碼或其他相關資訊。我們不會儲存信用卡詳細資料，也不會與第三方分享客戶資料。
物流方式
產品將透過中華郵政、順豐快遞運送，提供臺灣及海外運送服務，我們將妥善包裝，盡可能使用回收或可回收的材料。
「臺灣本地及離島」不論訂購品項與重量，運費一率為80元。配送時間約3-5天。
「中國及港澳」不論訂購品項與重量，運費一率為300元。配送時間約3-5天。
「亞洲地區」不論訂購品項與重量，運費一率為600元。配送時間約5-7天。
「其他地區」不論訂購品項與重量，運費1000元。配送時間約7-14天。
運送至其他國家，依據不同地區對應不同運費，購買者需對可能額外產生的進口稅務和稅費負責。這些費用是由目的地國家徵收的，如果收件人拒收包裹，訂單將被退回臺灣，相關費用（往返運費、海關等）將從退款金額中扣除。
若你的目的地未在此清單內，請來信與我們聯繫配送方式。
退換貨條款
當符合下述條件之一，請拍照來信與我們聯繫進行退換貨：
1. 實際收到的產品與所訂購產品不同。
2. 產品有瑕疵或於運送過程中損壞者。
以下狀況不接受退換貨：
1. 到貨超過七天之商品。
2. 退換之商品沾有髒污。
3. 客製化商品。
4. 基於衛生安全考量，販售寄出的器皿(水杯、馬克杯)，不接受退換貨服務。
5. 由於顯示器解析度和電腦型號的不同，屏幕上顯示的顏色可能有所不同，因此不符合退換貨的條件。
隱私權政策
1. 在加入會員、進行購物、訂閱電子報等服務與活動時，我們會根據業務需求收集必要的個人資料，僅限該活動用途處理。未經您的同意，我們不會提供給第三方或做其他使用。
2. 訂閱電子報只需提供Email帳號，您若想取消訂閱，可來信聯繫客服協助取消訂閱。
3. 網站使用 Cookie 儲存偏好，如位置和語言，您在瀏覽頁面時會讀取 Cookie來提供個人化服務。您可在瀏覽器拒絕 Cookie，但本網站的部分服務功能可能因此受限。

Purchase Guide
Product Variations
All products are handcrafted by the Slow Flow Pottery, aiming to keep the natural texture of clay through the making process. This results in unique characteristics such as irregularities, pores generated by kiln firing, black spots arising out of iron in glaze and clay, flow patterns of glaze, and subtle differences in product size, shapes, and tones.
Payment Methods
You can securely make payments through Paypal which accept cards including VISA, MASTER, JCB. Transactions are fully encrypted, safeguarding your credit card details from unauthorized access. We do not store credit card information and never share customer data with third parties.
Delivery Service and Fee
Products are delivered through Chunghwa Post and SF Express, serving Taiwan and international destinations. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
- Taiwan | The flat shipping fee is NT$80. Once dispatched, delivery time is between 3-5 days.
- China, Hong Kong, and Macau | The flat shipping fee is NT$300. Once dispatched, delivery time is between 3-5 days.
- Asian Countries | Deliver to Asian countries, the flat shipping fee is NT$600. Once dispatched, delivery time is between 5-7 days.
- Worldwide | Deliver to rest of the World, the flat shipping fee is NT$1,000. Once dispatched, delivery time is between 7-14 days.
Notice: Shipping to other countries incurs varying fees based on region, and buyers are responsible for potential customs duties and taxes. Refused packages will incur return fees deducted from the refund amount.
If your destination is not listed, please contact us for shipping arrangements.
Returns
If your received product differs from what was ordered or arrives defective or damaged during shipment, please contact us with photos for returns.
The following conditions are not eligible for returns:
1. Goods received for over seven days.
2. Goods returned with stains or dirt.
3. Customized products.
4. For hygiene and safety reasons, tablewares (cups, mugs) cannot be returned.
5. Due to variations in display resolution and computer, the colors shown on the screen may differ, hence not meeting the criteria for returns.
Privacy Policy
1.When you register a member account, make purchases, subscribe to newsletters, or participate in services and activities, we collect necessary personal data based on business requirements. We will not provide or use this data for third-party without your consent.
2. Subscribing to newsletters only requires your email. You can cancel your subscription by contacting customer service.
3. The website uses cookies to store preferences such as location and language for personalized services. You can reject cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
